About Jeb

Four generations of my family have lived and worked in Wayne Township over the last 65 years. My parents met as school teachers, fell in love, bought a home, and started a family and a family business in Wayne Township.

Kristie and I are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary this year. We met in Wayne Township and have raised our family in the same neighborhood I’ve called home almost all of my life. We have two wonderful daughters, Zoe and Marina. Our house is also home to Huddles, a stray dog that wandered into our kitchen on a cold rainy day and never left. He was recently joined by a fluffy gray cat named Muse, who graces us with her presence when she feels like it.

I was fortunate enough to be elected in 1998 to the Indiana House of Representatives to represent our community. It was an honor and a privilege to serve for fourteen years. When the Legislature redistricted the maps in 2011, I was drawn into the same district with a friend, so I decided to support her and not seek reelection.

For 26 years, I operated my family’s business in Wayne Township, until I was elected Wayne Township Trustee in 2022. My life has been filled with the joys and challenges of raising children and volunteering with community groups working to make Wayne Township and Indianapolis better places to live.
